CkShip ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Tech Nikhil. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our platform, whether as a merchant, business user, or individual shipper.

2. Information We Collect

When you register and use CkShip, we may collect:

  • Order Data: Order number, total, currency, payment status, fulfillment status, and order dates.
  • Customer Data: Name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
  • Fulfillment Data: Tracking numbers, shipping carrier, shipment status, and tracking URLs.
  • Account Data: Business name, GST number, bank details for COD remittance.
3. How We Use the Information
  • To process and manage shipment bookings across courier partners.
  • To provide real-time shipment tracking and delivery status updates.
  • To calculate shipping rates and generate AWB labels.
  • To process COD collections and remittances to your account.
  • To send transactional notifications (SMS, email) about your shipments.
4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in a secured database with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access tokens and payment credentials are stored securely and never exposed to the frontend. We employ HMAC-SHA256 signature validation for all webhook communications.

5. Data Sharing

We share shipment data with our courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Xpress Bees, Ekart) solely for the purpose of fulfilling bookings. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure or a deletion request, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@ckship.in.

8. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Merchants and their customers may exercise rights to access, correct, or delete personal data by contacting us at the address below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the CkShip platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Platform Use

CkShip is a shipping aggregator platform. You may use it to compare courier rates, book shipments, generate AWB labels, and track deliveries. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.

3. Account Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate business and KYC information during registration.
  • CkShip reserves the right to suspend accounts found violating these terms.
4. Shipment Booking
  • All bookings are subject to the individual terms of the selected courier partner.
  • CkShip is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier partners.
  • Prohibited items as defined by courier partners may not be shipped via CkShip.
  • Incorrect weight or dimension declarations may result in additional charges.
5. Payments & COD

Shipping charges are deducted from your wallet balance at the time of booking. COD amounts collected by courier partners are remitted to your registered bank account as per the courier's remittance schedule. CkShip is not responsible for delays in COD remittance caused by courier partners.

6. Refund Policy

Wallet top-up amounts are non-refundable except in cases of platform error. Shipping charges for successfully picked-up shipments are non-refundable. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the shipment event.

7. Limitation of Liability

CkShip's liability in any dispute is limited to the shipping charges paid for that specific shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Modifications

CkShip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
